Hunan Province has made refining on Children Vaccination Certificate system. From the 20th, retailed pharmacies are forbidden to be engaged in the vaccine business activities.

A few days ago, video and telephone conference of Regulations on Vaccine Distribution and Vaccination was held in Hunan Province. According to requirements of the Hearth Department of Hunan Province, the pharmaceutical wholesalers who are engaged in the vaccine business activities must have professionals of vaccine management, and cold storage facilities, equipments and refrigeration transport means to ensure the vaccine quality, as well as management system in accordance with management practices of vaccine storage and transportation. Enterprises inconformity with standards will not be approved.
